The Shapiro Company offers a wide range of brokerage services.   We provide both landlord and tenant representation for office, retail and industrial properties.  In particular, we have developed a niche in the Baltimore City Class B office market.  Not only have we sold or represented buyers in transactions on nearly forty buildings over the past four years, but our clients can be found in leased properties throughout the market.  These transactions were completed as a result of our extensive knowledge of market availability and our relationships with various landlords and their representatives.  In 2005, we negotiated a lease with Super Fresh for a 15,000 square foot food store at Charles Plaza - the first of its kind in the City Center.

One of our strengths is our intimate knowledge of the local Baltimore market.  We are often aware of opportunities long before they become public knowledge.  Our relationships with key business and government leaders position us to provide advantageous strategies to our brokerage clients.

Our development expertise enables us to guide and assist our brokerage clients through often complex real estate transactions including zoning changes, design and construction, special permitting and finance.
